Once you have registered and applied for the Global Award. You need to send us the following documents so that we can process your claim:

•  Applications should be submitted through the online registration form on www.indiaproudbookofrecords.com
  
•  One Photo for Certificate (Soft copy)
   One page writes up about yourself to publish on the India Proud Book of Records website and Facebook page
•  One Valid id proof
  
•  Applicant must submit achievement certificates (At least 5 Countries including India).
  
•  Achievements Report and Proof of Documents related to achievements
  
•  Provide your Correspondence Address with Name, House/Flat No, Society/Village/Colony, Street, Post, Tehsil, District, State, Pincode, Communicated Mobile No.
  
•  All rules and regulations and terms and conditions must be followed by the Applicant:- 

After completed registration process, if you are nominated and selected for Awards then we will honor you with:

A unique CERTIFICATE
A unique TROPHY
A Gold Plated MEDAL
We will send your award as TROPHY, CERTIFICATE and MEDAL by courier or Speed Post about 20-30 working days after registration work has completed by yourself.
We will host your Award details and your biography (only if you provide it in due time) on our website at www.indiaproudbookofrecords.com.

With this award, you will guide people as a source of inspiration for them.

1. Each candidate has to fill a separate registration form.
2. Registration Fees is Rs. 2999/- only.
3. All payments should be made by online payment.
4. Once paid, registration fee will not be refunded after confirmed your nomination.

6. Once the process of registration is completed with payment confirmation, our team will reach out to you.
7. We don’t support smoking tobacco, use of alcohol and any type of drugs.
8. Register a mobile number in your application form which has an active WhatsApp, so that we can send all the information on that number. Always use the same number for any conversation with us. If you use another contact no. for query, then you have to update that contact no. with us.
9. INDIA PROUD BOOK OF RECORDS reserves the right to use the awardees’ photographs and videos for their own benefit. No issues will be entertained in this regard.
10. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or make changes in any programs, dates or venues due to any natural calamities or any reasons beyond their control, without prior notice.
